About Cleo

CEC takes its name from its founder, the highly distinguished clinical social worker, Cleo Eulau.  Her celebrated career spanned decades of service in the mental health field. CEC strives to further her commitment to excellence in working with youth with a highly qualified staff and board with expertise in the fields of education, mental health and program management.

She was the first woman and the first non-psychiatrist to receive the Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Distinguished Service Award and was the recipient of numerous other awards and recognitions.
